Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant

Are you a friendly and dedication Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant?We are searching for experienced Teaching Assistants to work in our lovely Primary Schools within the Alfreton area. We have a variety of roles available from EYFS - Year 6 ranging from general floating TA work to SEN support for pupils with EHCPs.Please note : These are full-time roles Monday to Friday, from 8 : 30 to 3 : 30.What will my responsibilities be?

• Classroom Support : Assist the teacher in managing classroom activities, preparing materials, and maintaining a positive learning environment to create a fun and engaging place for pupils to grow.
• Student Assistance : Provide individual or small group support to students who need help with their work, ensuring all children can engage with the curriculum effectively.
• Behaviour Management : Help monitor and manage student behaviour, encouraging positive interactions and maintaining structure and routine.
• Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support : Work closely with students who have special educational needs, implementing tailored strategies and supporting individual education plans (IEPs) to help them achieve their learning goals.Why work with us?We are a 5

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is highly desirable.
• Must have prior work experience with children in school or childcare settings.
• Strong understanding of SEN requirements.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
