Part-Time HR Operations Manager - Old Street | £45-£50K FTEAre you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a dynamic and close-knit team? We're seeking a Part-Time HR Operations Manager to join our client's team, working 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday preferred), from 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. This role is based near Old Street 3 days per week, with 1 day working from home.About the Role As our HR Operations Manager, you will support a small team of around 18 colleagues, ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive company culture. Your responsibilities will include : Overseeing HR operations and complianceManaging HR policies, procedures, and best practicesSupporting recruitment and workforce planningHandling employee relations, performance management, and HR caseworkManaging payroll processes and benefits administrationLeading HR projects and process improvementsSupporting the Director with HR strategy and planningAbout You We are looking for an HR professional with at least 5 years' experience, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (Senior HR Advisors with extensive experience will also be considered). You should have : Strong experience in HR operations, including compliance and policy managementExcellent employee relations and case-handling skillsA proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomouslyStrong communication skills and experience handling sensitive HR mattersA data-driven approach to HR decision-makingWhy Join Us?
