Excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line IT Support engineer to join a well-established, global organisation in a 1 year fixed-term contract role offering autonomy and responsibility, alongside a varied and interesting day-to-day.
The organisation are a well respected international University. They are looking to recruit an IT Support engineer to take responsibility for their IT Support in London.
In this role, you will manage and provide IT Technical support to End User Computing equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners. You'll be responsible for video conference support, installation, configuration and maintenance of equipment and management of stock operations and IT / hardware procurement.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent and will have experience in End User IT Support and backend services. You will have experience with Office 365, networks, firewalls and Azure, as well as Active Directory, DNS, DCHP Services and Windows and Mac operating systems.
