My client is urgently seeking a Bi–Lingual Site Manager (English & Romanian) to lead a 38–week steel frame new build retail project in Watford.

Major packages : Tiling & M&E

Fast–paced environment with strong long–term prospects for the right candidate

Requirements

Proven experience as a Number 1 Site Manager on similar builds

Strong track record managing trades and subcontractors

Able to write programmes and solve issues swiftly as they arise

Certifications needed : SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8 : 00am 6 : 00pm
