FP&A Manager

We're looking for a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across our client's manufacturing site in Lowestoft, East Suffolk. If you're a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a background in FMCG or supply chain, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

In this role, you will :

Lead FP&A deliverables across one or more factory sites

Manage relationships with factory leadership and present financial insights

Oversee reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost modelling

Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data integrity

Coach and develop a team of FP&A Analysts

Provide strategic input on key business decisions and ad hoc projects

What we're looking for :

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent). However, QBE applicants will be considered.

Finance experience in manufacturing or FMCG

Strong planning, modelling (desirable), and reporting system skills (SAP preferred)

Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

Proactive mindset with excellent communication and analytical abilities
