We are seeking a highly organised Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing school staff and resources, ensuring smooth and effective operation in an educational setting. Bilton School is a highly successful and expanding school with 1050 students on roll, and a recently acquired ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.
