Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Executive

BHP Law is a well-established regional law firm combining high-quality commercial and private client services with offices in Darlington, Durham, Newcastle, Tynemouth, and Stockton.

We are looking to recruit a Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Conveyancing Executive to join our busy Residential Property team based at our Darlington office. This is a permanent position.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION :

• At least 3+ years' experience
• A very good grounding in all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Highly motivated
• Adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the business
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively
• Able to handle their own caseload
• Exceptional relationship building and networking skills
