We are looking for a qualified and experienced Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join our team in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and make a real difference in patient care.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducting patient consultations and assessments.
  • Independently prescribing medications within your scope of practice.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.

Requirements :

  • Registered Pharmacist or Physiotherapist with the relevant professional body (GPhC or HCPC).
  • Qualified as an Independent Prescriber.
  • Proven experience in a relevant clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
