You'll work closely with our Sales and Technical teams, providing comprehensive reporting and monitoring to ensure the smooth progression and completion of plot sales.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of plot sale transactions for our regional business units. • Conveyancing Process Management : Take charge of the entire sale process, from initiating draft contract packs to handling enquiries, exchanging contracts, meeting deadlines, and ensuring successful completion of new home sales.
