Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician looking to join an award winning Architectural Practice who specialise in high end care homes, later living and retirement home projects.

This company are an award winning and leading Architectural Practice who specialise purely in high end care home and later living projects. They have a great name for themselves in the industry, and work with some well-known contractors. They are passionate about the service they provide, and put a real emphasis on creating amazing spaces for those who need it. They have continued to see growth over the last few years, so are now looking for an ambitious Architectural Technician who has a real interest and passion for the industry, to join the team.

In this role you will be collating and organising all technical information and drawings, working closely alongside the team. All the projects you will be working on will be within the Care sector. You will work closely with other Architects and Designers to ensure a smooth and efficient process. You will prepare and design proposals predominantly using AutoCAD. After successful completion of your probation period, you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

This varied and exciting role would therefore suit someone who has strong Architectural experience, with a background working on high end projects in the construction industry. You will have strong technical abilities, with excellent skill using Revit and AutoCAD. You will be someone who has a passion for the care industry, have a good eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
