The governments Warm Homes Project is transforming the energy efficiency of social housing across Britain. In Bath this presents a unique challenge : delivering retrofit solutions across a diverse portfolio that includes both contemporary and heritage properties.
We have submitted a substantial bid for Wave 3 funding now we need an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead this ambitious programme. Youll be balancing innovative retrofit solutions with the architectural sensitivity that our historic city demands.
This is no ordinary surveying role. Youll be at the forefront of one of the UKs largest social housing retrofit programmes leading a dedicated team to improve thousands of homes reduce fuel poverty and tackle climate change.
