Join Whitbread, the UK's leading FTSE 100 hospitality business with over 40,000 employees, as an HR Business Partner for Finance & General Counsel.
You'll partner with our Executive Committee members and their Senior Leadership teams, influencing decision-making and leading on organisational change, talent and resource management and succession planning. You'll be crucial in implementing HR initiatives, driving performance, and fostering a compelling and inclusive work environment that's seen us set the pace in the hospitality industry for the past 282 years.
Salary : £70,000 to £80,000
Location : Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE with hybrid working (minimum of 3 days a week in our Dunstable campus)
