65,000 + Up to £10,000 Bonus

What your day-to-day might look like :

About you :

• At least 5 years experience in previous senior development roles – Delphi experience is a significant benefit
• Line management experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or comparable qualification
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Creative and self-driven with a strong work ethic
• A team player with an enthusiastic approach
• Ability and confidence to deal with all stakeholders in the business, including other team leaders, customers and senior management
