Role : Commercial and Subcontract Senior Analyst -
Location : Hybrid working
Summary of Role :
Working under general direction manages low value routine contracts and subcontracts. Supports Commercial / Subcontract Managers to manage high value / complex contracts / subcontracts and to respond to requests for proposals.
Main Duties :
- Support to Subcontract Managers in preparation and assessment of Requests for Proposal and negotiation of agreements and changes
- Placement and maintenance of low value Purchase Orders
- Administration of standard due diligence activity
- Creation and maintenance of compliance matrices
- Management and measurement of supplier delivery performance
- Administration of acceptance and receipt of goods and services
- Maintenance of records
- Attends customer, supplier and internal reviews in support of Subcontract Manager
- Support to Commercial Managers in preparation of responses to Requests for Proposal and negotiation of agreements and changes
- Management of low value Contracts
- Administration of standard due diligence activity
- Creation and maintenance of compliance matrices
- Measurement of Contract performance
- Administration of delivery, acceptance and invoicing of goods and services
- Maintenance of records
- Attendance at customer and internal reviews in support of Contract Manager
