With a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency, this business offers the opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking engineering team where your ideas and expertise will be valued.Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage detailed weekly maintenance plans, including 5-weekly engineering shutsCoordinate labour, contractors (30–40 on-site during shuts), tools, and equipmentTranslate daily maintenance needs into prioritised, achievable work plansWork closely with Mechanical and Electrical Leads, Engineering Manager, and Production teamsEnsure all planned maintenance is documented and fully resourced (RAMS, SOPs, POs)Maintain records using the CMMS system and support improvement of PPM schedulesLiaise with contractors and insurance inspectorsPromote health & safety through audits and safe systems of workAbout You : Mechanically biased with hands-on experience and contractor supervisionStrong planning, organisation, and time management skillsConfident communicator who works well across departme...
