We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with high-quality food, beverage, and service in vibrant, welcoming spaces.POSITION SUMMARYThe Bakery Manager is responsible for overseeing cookie dough production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. This hands-on role involves working closely with another baker to manage daily operations, optimise production processes, and uphold Crmes reputation for excellence.We are looking for someone with strong bakery production experience, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for maintaining high production standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our cookies meet brand expectations while supporting the wider team in delivering the best baked goods in London.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCookie Dough Production & Quality ControlOversee cookie dough production, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Work hands-on alongside another baker to ensure smooth operations and high production standards.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards, using Marketman and Alert65 to manage compliance.

Compliance & Hygiene ManagementImplement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all cookie dough meets brand and industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and oversee hygiene protocols.

Wastage & Efficiency ManagementImplement strategies to minimise wastage and optimise production efficiency.

Track and analyse data to improve processes and reduce costs.

Franchise Monitoring & Quality ControlCheck daily updates from franchise groups and review cookie photos to ensure brand standards are met.

Provide operational support to franchise teams to align processes with Crme's expectations.

Training & DevelopmentWork closely with and train the other baker to maintain high production standards.

Provide guidance on best practices in cookie dough production and hygiene.

Optional Task - New Product DevelopmentSupport the planning of our monthly flavour calendar, ensuring at least 8 months of pre-planned flavours.

Assist with trial runs of new flavours to ensure feasibility and consistency.

KEY REQUIREMENTSExperience in

bakery production

food production

cookie or biscuit experience is a plus!).

Strong understanding of

cookie dough production, baking techniques, and quality control .

Ability to collaborate in a small team and support one other baker.

Knowledge of

food safety regulations

and compliance best practices.

Problem-solving mindset with

excellent communication skills .
