This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.Requirements :

• Flexibility to cover shifts due to sickness, annual leave, etc.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.Key responsibilities :
• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, providing strong leadership and ensuring the highest service standards are achieved and maintained.
• Ensure all tasks are undertaken with full consideration for the comfort, security, and sensitivity of the residents.
• Maintain knowledge of health and safety and COSHH legal requirements, ensuring staff are aware and compliant.
• Manage rotas and ensure correct team member levels are on shift at any time.
• Order all cleaning and consumable supplies for the home ensuring all purchases made are within budget.
• Provide hands-on support with housekeeping and laundry activities when required.
