Job Title : Site Manager – Retail Store (Air Con Installation)Location : PeterleeStart Date : Monday, 24th February 2025Duration : 2 WeeksWorking Hours : Day ShiftsPay Rate : £275 per shiftJob Overview : We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 2-week project in Peterlee, managing the installation of a new air conditioning unit in a retail store. The role involves supervising specialist subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining health and safety compliance on-site.Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs on schedule.
• Oversee specialist subcontractors carrying out the air conditioning installation.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations and site procedures are followed.
• Conduct site inductions and maintain progress reports.
• Liaise with the project management team and client representatives.Requirements :
• Black CSCS Card (Manager level)
• SMSTS Certification
• 3-Day First Aid
• Fire Marshal Certification
• Asbestos Awareness
• Hot Works Certificate (Online course – can be completed before starting if needed)
• Experience in managing subcontractors on retail fitout projects.What’s on Offer :
