Full TimeWe are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Westminster team based in Maida Vale.About the RoleWorking to deliver a customer focused service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied to a high standard, youll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work within a social housing setting. Receiving and completing assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.About YouCandidates will hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade with addition secondary trade skills and have excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, youll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
