The Salvation Army (UK and Ireland) is looking for the right person to support the International Projects Office (IPO) in reviewing the projects / programmes funded in support of the Ukraine.
You will report to the emergency and project support advisor and have an understanding of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) frameworks. You will be involved in collecting, analysing, and reporting on project data, working alongside external and internal stakeholders to understand their priorities and how this might align with TSA ways of working.
You will work closely with the programme staff and other THQ departments to aid in the development and enhance digital systems that improve access and reporting of projects.
You will engage with colleagues at all levels to contribute to the formation of policies, procedures, and departmental strategy with regarding to monitoring, evaluation and learning.
