Vacancy Description

• To research and identify potential customers in order to create a call list for sales calls.
• To answer telephone calls which are sales leads and convert them into sales.
• To call existing or potential customers with the aim of selling our products.
• To develop positive relationships with customers and potential customers.
• To prepare customer quotations based on customer requirements.
• To follow up customer quotations with the aim of converting them into sales.
• To process Sales Orders on the system and ensure that the delivery of the order is completed in a timely manner, this will involve liaising with other departments such as planning, production, despatch and the stores areas.
• To answer and resolve any customer queries or concerns during the ordering process.
• To resolve any post-delivery issues raised by the customer.
• To provide excellent customer service.
• To use the Company Business Central system to create quotations, sales orders and record customer information and communications.
