Role : Teaching and Learning Lead - SEN Primary School in Wallington, Sutton
Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a Teaching and Learning Lead at a Specialist Primary School in Wallington supporting children aged 5-12 with ASD, SLD and SEMH
Contract : Fixed term until December 2025
Start date : Immediate
Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday
Needs of students : ASD, SLD, SEMH
Salary : Paid to scale
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain high-quality learning with the Head Teacher.
- Design and implement a tailored ASD curriculum .
- Lead, mentor, and support the teaching team.
- Promote students' ASD, SLD, SEMH
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Oversee IEPs and targeted interventions.
- Work collaboratively with therapists, social workers, and external professionals.
- Monitor and improve teaching quality and student progress .
