Business Analyst

Job Summary

Do you have strong analytical skills and a passion for data? Kiwa UK is looking for a Business Analyst to oversee the creation and development of quality data across our business, enabling excellent data analysis to support stakeholders in driving growth. In this business-facing role, you’ll be responsible for aligning business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy. About the role

• Ensure data quality and integrity across all business systems.
• Develop and implement data maintenance procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and present detailed business cases and project proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Liaise between various departments and groups.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data quality and reporting.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and user guides.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
