About the role

• Running own case load of predominantly litigated files with some pre-litigated advice files.
• Experience in giving indemnity advice, Article 75, RTA insurer, first party claims and dealing with the full range of motor fraud types.
• Actioning all cases in line with department / client service standards and protocols
• Dealing with technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of the partner / associates in the team.
• To ensure that financial targets are met.
• Use of the Case Management system (Visualfiles) and use of standard documentation wherever appropriate.
• Progress cases proactively to a satisfactory / speedy settlement in accordance with client requirements

About you

An ideal candidate for the role will demonstrate a proven track record in insurance fraud work, and will have worked in a similar role / environment. As well as, strong communication and time management skills, attention to detail and, the ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines.
