The RoleAn exciting role to work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Designer to produce creative marketing email campaigns for client acquisition and retention.
Running email marketing campaigns closely involved in all aspects of our exciting marketing activity.

Manage the annual eComms calendar and recommend / introduce new emails and marketing activity to support business objectives.
You will also contribute to running and managing content on their website.
Key Duties
Creation and execution of email campaigns to drive leads, conversion and customer retention across multiple B2B customer segments.Identification of target audience and growth of email database and knowledge of how to segment DotDigital emails.Proof-read emails.Check email templates are mobile friendly.Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalisation, and advanced features.Ensure email communications follow industry guidelines and best practice.Analysis of campaign performance, seek improvement and observe trends and insights.Implement email marketing best practice to drive open, click and response rates.Reporting of campaign effectiveness and return on investment and provision of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.Preparation of monthly board reportsSupport the Head of Sales & Marketing and the Events team in the successful delivery of eventsAnalyse SEO and Google Analytics to help improve performance for the group site and the Sales department.Managing social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter & Youtube.Monitor and optimise campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Experience and Personal Skills
Experience in marketing or a similar role.Demonstrable knowledge of DotDigital email system is essential.Familiar with SEO / SEMrush, Google Analytics.Familiar with using content management systems, ideally Umbraco.Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments.Previous experience using Excel with particular knowledge of formulas.Team player, able to work collectively and individually.Passionate about what they do, ability to bring ideas, with a creative approach.Excellent attention to detail is vital.The ability to understand email contact data, segmentation and reporting and be able to analyse and interpret data.Salary
Excellent salary – commensurate with experience.
Hours
Full time 35 hrs per week Monday-Friday 9am-5.00pm
