You’ll be joining us at our Union Street practice in Yeovil.

Full-time and permanent role - Predominantly Monday - Friday.

Joining a busy 5 Surgery Practice.

The Practice offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments including Invisalign, Clear Correct, Teeth Whitening and Facial Aesthetics with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further.

A fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within dentistry.

Up to £32k starting salary depending on experience.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be :

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators.
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
