This well-established company specialises in the construction of care homes, schools, residential projects, and occasional fit-out and refurbishment projects. • Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for various projects.- Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any financial concerns.- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.- Monitor and report on project financials, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.- Strong knowledge of construction methods and principles.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Relevant qualifications and memberships (e.g., RICS) are desirable.This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 along with a car allowance, making it an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.If ...
