• What Youll Be Doing :
• Leading
• EHV cabling projects
• from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Supporting
• bids and tenders
• for new and exciting projects.
• Managing project
• mobilisation, scope, budgeting, and planning
• Keeping project controls in check
• PMP, QA / QC, CPP
• Overseeing
• risk management, budget tracking, and cash flow
• Producing
• monthly reports
• and keeping everything running on time.
• Providing
• leadership and problem-solving
• when challenges arise.
• Promoting a strong
• safety culture
• and ensuring compliance with
• standards.
• Managing key documents like the
• Programme of Works, Quality Plan, and Risk Register
• Building
• great relationships
• with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
• What Were Looking For :
• Engineering qualification
• HND / HNC) or relevant industry experience.
• Project management certification
• APM or similar).
• Solid understanding of
• engineering principles, CDM regulations, and cabling installation
• SHE qualification
• IOSH or NEBOSH).
• Experience working with
• SSEN, NGET, or Distribution Network Operators
• Strong
• commercial and contractual awareness
• especially
• NEC contracts & permits
• Great
• leadership and communication skills
• you can bring people together and get things done!
• Willingness to travel
• and stay away when needed.
• Full UK driving licence
• required.
