Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Corporate Advisory Services

Job Title :  Senior Surveyor / Associate Director Department :  Corporate Advisory Services Location :  Glasgow or Edinburgh Background : The Corporate services team at LSH advise a number of large corporate occupiers including The BBC, Nationwide Building Society, Hovis, and Atkins. You will be part of a 20+ team providing advice and assistance to clients as well as instructing other surveyors both within LSH and third parties to deliver these services. The work is diverse both in terms of geographical spread and property types. Advising a client on their portfolio

• Managing the relationship between clients and LSH, supporting a director in ensuring service delivery
• Ensuring continuity of service
• Advising on a full range of property matters
• Instructing other surveyors and monitoring through to completion
• Reporting to the client
• Liaising with Solicitors
• Maintaining property data on internal systems
• Managing reporting to clients
• Liaising with landlords
• Responding to requests for information
• Assisting in budgeting and financial requests

Attending Monthly Meeting and travelling to sites across the UK as necessary Skills :
