Position : Senior Recruiter / Principal Recruiter

We are seeking a senior recruiter / principal recruiter to join our team. You must have a CAN do attitude, strong communication skills, and want to work within a small team.

Are you working within an organisation that is limiting your earning capability? Do you have fresh ideas that need embracing and do you see opportunities where others don’t? This hands-on billing role will be reporting directly into Tim Clark, one of the co-founders of NSR Associates.

NSR Associates has a 15-year track record for delivering some of the most talented construction & civil engineering professionals across various sectors from development, architecture, main contracting, cost, and consulting engineers.

You must be based within a daily commute of the PORTSMOUTH region as we offer work from home options but like the team to be able to bounce ideas off one another, work as a team, and come together as we like having an office environment. WFH options can be discussed, but this will never be a fully remote role.
