Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Yard Driver to join clients team based in Calverton, Nottingham. This role requires excellent communication skills and a Counterbalance FLT licence along with experience working within a yard.Requirements :

• Always wear the correct PPE.
• Always maintain the yard in a clean and tidy condition.
• Load and unload lorries as required using equipment provided
• Complete all relevant paperwork concerning loads in / out ensuring photographs of the loads are taken and passed to the Commercial Assistant or Commercial Manager daily.
• Re-bag by products to reduce the number of smaller bags on site if asked to do so.
• Ensure any by product bags from the production area are stored in the correct place to await disposal or out loading.
• Load or assist in the loading of reject material onto walking floors for transport away from the site as an when required.
• Report any damage or defects as soon as possible to Yard Team Leader
• Reading and understanding all Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work appropriate to the task being undertaken.Must Have :
• Previous experience as a Counterbalance FLT driver
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
• Experience working in a yard environment is beneficial.
• An RTITB licence is required.Hours :
