About the role
Join our team as a Training Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
Working collaboratively within a dynamic capability team, your responsibilities will include planning and executing training initiatives, identifying and addressing any training gaps through our tier process, and meticulously tracking individual training records for each role within our various sites and functions to ensure compliance and bolster overall capability.
You will be responsible for operating relevant systems, maintaining communication with sites, and ensuring that training compliance and quality standards are met. Your dedication will be instrumental in executing our site training plan flawlessly and working closely with Team Trainers to bridge any capability gaps.
Additionally, as an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to attend and even lead meetings, taking ownership of the relevant data to support our continuous improvement efforts.
