Job descriptionMaintain and develop Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with standards like AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485. Conduct audits, inspections, and spot-checks for processes and products. Lead investigations and corrective actions for non-conformities. Collaborate with departments to ensure quality measures are adhered to. Manage supplier quality, including audits and addressing concerns. Support customer communications regarding quality and compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Experience in a quality role within manufacturing or engineering. Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949. Experience with problem-solving tools like 8D, CAPA, and 5-Whys.
