Assistant Geologist, SOCOTEC, around £26,000 per annum dependent on experience (plus shift allowances and bonuses) company van and fuel card

We’re looking for an assistant geologist to join our experienced and enthusiastic GI Operations team based at our Wellsyke Road, Doncaster office and will be responsible for assisting with delivering ground investigation and geotechnical services to our wide ranging client base across the UK

  • Confident and knowledgeable of ground investigation techniques
  • Help prepare health and safety documentation prior to and during the site works phase
  • Assist with planning, supervision and programming of ground investigation projects
  • Logging of soil and rock in accordance with specification and BS5930
