Operations & Stores Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations and Stores Assistant to join our client in Poole, a well-established local company recognized as a leading global brand.

You will be an integral part of the team as they have a global portfolio of customers. This is a straight permanent opportunity that can offer an immediate start.

You will be working Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on Fridays. The salary is £25,000-£28,000 DOE.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Raising work orders
• Purchasing of raw materials and consumables
• Placing orders for sub-contract jobs
• Progressing of purchase orders
• Maintaining the CRM / ERP system with accurate Purchase Order delivery dates
• Warehouse support : picking, packing, loading, and shelf stocking
• Assembly and inspection

This role will be split between the shop floor and the office, so you must be comfortable moving between the two roles and carrying out any other duties required, including manual handling.
