Panel Beater Location :  Northern ScotlandBasic Salary :  Up to £42,000OTE :  £50,000+Hours :  40 hours per week, Monday to FridayOur client is looking for a talented and efficient Panel Beater / Panel Technician with a valid ATA or NVQ equivalent to join their leading team. You’ll be repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications in a state-of-the-art bodyshop, using modern equipment and advanced repair techniques.Responsibilities for a Panel Beater / Panel TechnicianWork efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centreFollow correct repair techniques and factory specificationsRemove damaged panels and parts, and repair or replace themUse welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools to reshape and fit panelsSmooth out dents and imperfections using fillers and sandersAlign body parts for accurate assembly and fitWork collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely repair completionMaintain a clean and safe working environmentStay current with industry standards and vehicle repair techniquesSkills and Qualifications for a Panel Beater / Panel TechnicianRecognised apprenticeship and technical qualification (NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, or ATA)Previous experience in a busy bodyshop environmentStrong team player with the motivation to earn bonus hoursUp-to-date knowledge of both heavy and light crash repair techniquesClick ‘Apply Now’ to take the next step in your career
