Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading Lincolnpany to recruit a Management Accountant to join the team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, you will be responsible for the production of four weekly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting for your division, as well as providing financial analysis, reporting and business partnering to various stakeholders across the business. You will ensure that results are in-line with budgets. In addition, you will work on financial modelling and analysis of investment opportunities. You will also support with year-end statutory accounts.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified Accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA) with recent and proven management accounting, budgeting and forecasting skills gained in amercial organisation. You will have excellent IT skills, especially with Excel, as well as strong stakeholder relationship building skills. You will be living inmutable distance of the Lincoln area as the role is hybrid working in the office.
