Position Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst is a centralized resource to help maintain accuracy in the Salesforce.com tool, lead user adoption, and assist leadership with actionable analytics. This role is accountable for ownership of the Salesforce.com tool which consists of; user management, data quality, daily user support, project / enhancement management, ongoing training, management of system security and many ad hoc functions.
