Shopfitting Contracts Manager

Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Shopfitting Contracts Manager for one of the leading contractors in the region, to join their company on a permanent basis in Gloucester.

The company :

Our client operates across 3 divisions : Construction, Shopfitting & Interiors and General Works. They have been in business for over 60 years with annual revenues of £100m. They are actively recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their Shopfitting & Interiors Division.

The role entails :

• Project responsibility for managing project performance, including site safety and programme quality.
• Management of Project / Site Managers and associated site teams.
• Management of the design team and design process for Design and Build schemes.
• Development and monitoring of construction programmes.
• Key point of contact for client teams and stakeholders.

45,000 - £65,000 + £525 per month car allowance.
