With global backing, they now have an exciting opening in Stonehouse (Stroud) for an experienced, innovative Sales Development Representative (SDR).Job BriefAs a valued SDR, you will be at the front line, influencing the market and accelerating company growth. Responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that personal and company goals are met and exceeded.

ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify and influence potential prospects and generate new business opportunities for the companyOnline network, build awareness and influence via outbound social media, phone and emailSet appointments and follow up on leadsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets including account mapping and ABM.Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activitiesStay up-to-date with technology, market trends, competition, and industry developmentsProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to managementBe creative, develop your skills and share best practice

Profile : 3-5 years+ of experience in sales3+ years outbound SaaS SDR experienceUnderstanding of protech, fintech markets desirable not essentialProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is essential.

LinkedIn and AI tool exposure is desirable.Excellent verbal, written communication skillsEngaging, expert storytelling, inspiringAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organisational skillsAnalytical and attentiveHighly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow with the organisationBachelors degree in business or related field desirable
