Position

Working as part of the Sales team, the Lead Generator will be responsible for making outbound calls to Corporate / commercial clients within the UK. They will be researching these potential leads and updating the CRM, in order to find out how we can meet the changing needs of the markets. The Lead Generator will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximise the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook. In addition the Lead Generator will convert outbound dialling leads into qualified appointments, and pass these leads on to the relevant person in order to make sure that the potential client will be handled in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician and have experience in the installation of electrical distribution electrical services. Knowledge of PV systems would be advantageous but training on renewable technologies is available. Candidates who have experience with electrical vehicle charging points are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Executive level confidentiality and operating with Integrity.
  • Manage administrative task in the support of the CEO & C-Suit team.
  • Manage and Organise appointment setting.
  • Managing specific projects.
  • Reconciling invoices C-Suit team Mileage & Expenses.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Control of C-Suit team diaries.
  • Control of travel arrangements and accommodation.
  • Ensuring that processes and procedures are followed within the C-Suit team.
  • Control of holiday and sickness planner and records for the C-Suit team.
  • Management of training matrix and ensuring all C-Suit team are legally compliant.
  • Preparation for management and board meetings, agenda, and preparation of papers.
  • Minute taking and action plan provision.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote our renewables product range. To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis. To work closely with the Head of Commercial Sales and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various sectors. To convert the calls to new business leads. To inform potential client’s on the company’s products and services. To gather relevant target company information. To use company databases to gain potential leads. To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business. To input and maintain information onto the company CRM To ensure CRM is up to date at all times. To deal with telephone queries. To build relationships with colleagues and llowing; Volume of leads generated per calendar month. Quality of data within CRM across the sales team. Coordination of sales process from lead to opportunity.

Team and Direct Reports

As part of this role, there is a requirement to lead and partner across the following areas;

Coordination with the sales team. Highly collaborative approach with the Engenera senior team.

Skills and Experience Required

Solar or renewable energy experience. Degree level education in any discipline but finance or business management would be ideal. Analytical approach, commercially astute and financially literate. Ability to work autonomously and proactivelyStrong results orientation and problem-solving skills. Passion about excellent client service. Diplomatic and engaging communication style with an ability to build positive relationships but challenge thinking when required. Ability to think strategically and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding MS Office skills, in particular Excel. Right to work in the UK.
