Gortmore are looking for a Site Engineer for an immediate start on a Civils project in Melksham on the 6th of January for 4-5 months.

The Candidate must have :

• Previous experience of working on Civils projects, including Groundworks, drainage, service / ductwork installation, and concrete.
• Excellent knowledge of setting out using GPS and robotic EDM.
• Ability to manage and ensure QA documents are completed correctly.
• Experience in carrying out ITP's.
• Competence in reading drawings and quantifying materials.
• Excellent communication skills for distributing project information to work colleagues.
• Ability to ensure that works are being carried out to the latest drawings and documents.
• Capability to work as part of a team in assisting site management with materials, KPI's, progress reports, etc.
• Ability to maintain a daily site diary.
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to raise any potential issues.
