Edwalton and surrounding areas, Nottingham

750-£1,115 per week (dependent on experience)

Must be able to prove right to work in the UK

About the role

Connex Education are working with the flying high trust to provide staff for their primary schools across Nottingham. We are specifically looking for passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and recent graduates to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for new teachers to begin their career journey, shape young minds, and receive exceptional support during your crucial early years in teaching.

Assignment Details

Flexible assignments available throughout the academic year, with special consideration for ECTs looking to establish themselves in the profession. Options range from daily supply to potential long-term positions across all primary key stages, allowing you to find your teaching niche.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you should :

  • Hold or be about to complete Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Be a recent graduate or in your final year of teacher training
  • Show enthusiasm and fresh ideas for engaging primary-aged children
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop your teaching practice
  • Have a passion for making a difference in children's education
  • Be open to guidance and mentorship opportunities
  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one
