If yes then look no further, your next career could be with us!As our Assistant Buyer, you will provide assistance to the Chief Buyer in the scheduling, purchasing and management of materials for our current developments.Key duties and requirementsYou will also be responsible for but not limited to;Providing support to the commercial function ensuring effective compliance and control in relation to the buying of materials and the hire of plant.Assisting in the management of supply chain partners.Ensuring that communication between all sites and suppliers is maintained to a high level.Raising orders.Ensuring that all material orders are scheduled, placed and delivered in a timely manner to enable and support the regional build programme.Assisting in the stock taking of materials.Assisting in the authorising and committing of expenditure.Assisting in the preparation of cost analysis reports across our developments.
