This hands-on role involves supervising on-site M&E activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the site. You will be working directly under the Contract Manager and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and handling audits, paperwork, and other related duties.Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise M&E works on-site
• Deal with clients, subcontractors, and manage project audits and documentation
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Manage daily on-site operations efficiently
• Optional call-out duty
• Assist with paperwork and reports as requiredRequirements :
• Proven experience as an M&E Site Supervisor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks effectively
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and processes
