Site Supervisor – Wynyard – £40,000 + OvertimeRole Overview : A data centre in Wynyard, just north of Middlesbrough, is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a small team of engineers. The role involves managing the maintenance of critical systems and building services infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted data centre operations. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach to maintenance, compliance, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities :

• Permanent site-based role – Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm.
• Supervise a team of engineers, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the site's critical infrastructure.
• Ensure 24 / 7 reliability of critical systems, including UPS, generators, HV / LV distribution, cooling systems, fire suppression, and security systems.
• Manage and coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Perform monthly generator load testing out of hours to verify system reliability.
• Support and oversee HV / LV switching operations, ensuring compliance with site safety procedures.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, providing troubleshooting expertise for electrical and mechanical faults.
