Hours of work : 15

Working Pattern : Weekends with additional A / L covers during week

Saturday 8am - 6 : 30pm - unpaid break (9.5 hours paid)

Sunday 9 : 30am - 3pm - no break (5.5 hours paid)

Contract Type : Permanent

As a Chef de Partie with ISS UK, you will work alongside your team aiding the preparation food in our kitchens and helping to deliver a great service.

The Role

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Preparing meat and fish
• Assisting with the management of health and safety
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
• Managing and training any Commis Chefs
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
