About the role : x2 Quantity Surveyors (North of England)

Based in the North of England, you'll take on the role of a Quantity Surveyor. You'll be responsible for managing the commercial & financial aspects of construction contracts. You'll be looking after procurement, invoicing & payments with the aim to keep cost down & value optimised.

Responsibilities :

Managing construction projects from start to finish.

Evaluating tenders, including their pricing & measurement.

Managing project costs, managing project targets & ensuring they're met.

Liasing with subcontractors & suppliers, both to develop contracts & ensure their completion.
