The Role
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager , you will be the most senior Front of House (FOH) team member, responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will lead by example, mentor your team, and uphold service excellence in alignment with the restaurants vision. Working closely with the Head Chef and leadership team, you will drive customer satisfaction, enhance service procedures, and implement new strategies to establish the restaurant as a top dining destination in the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor the FOH team, ensuring top-tier service
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including guest relations, service standards, and sales performance
Work collaboratively with the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience
Manage stock control and ensure beverage GP targets are met
Implement structured operating procedures and oversee compliance
Schedule and manage team rotas in line with business demands
Utilize technology-driven systems to streamline restaurant operations
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a proven track record in fine dining environments.
Key Requirements :
Previous experience in a senior FOH role within a leading fine dining restaurant
A confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to lead and host
Strong understanding of restaurant economics, including beverage stock control
Expertise in staff scheduling and operational efficiency
Ability to adapt to and implement structured service procedures
Passion for food, wine, and delivering an unforgettable hospitality experience
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with hospitality software (training provided where needed) :
