The home provides high quality, person centred Dementia, Physical Disability and Mental Health care for 25 residents. They have been rated good in all 5 areas and have an excellent reputation within the local area. As the Home Manager your responsibilities will include : Leading the staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the serviceLiaising with local authorities, CQCCare planning, assessments and reviewsAudits and budget managementYou should have previous experience of leading a team, dealing with local authorities and the CQC and good knowledge of care home finances / budgeting as well as previous experience providing Dementia, mental health and physical disability care.In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £46,840 per annum along with a range of excellent benefits, including excellent ongoing training, development and internal progression opportunities including opportunities to gain NVQ Level 5.Interested?
